Rune is made by MRBOOZ. By using Rune, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Rune is

Rune gives an AI-assisted, opinion-based read on audio you submit — a verdict, suggested fixes, and measured technical figures. It is a creative tool and a second opinion, provided “as is”. It is not a guarantee of quality, commercial success, or that any track will be accepted, playlisted, or “chart”. You are responsible for your own release decisions.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the audio you submit. You are responsible for having the rights to any track you upload. We do not claim ownership of your audio, and we do not retain it on our servers after generating a read.

Human-made receipts & appeal packets

The human-made receipt and the appeal-packet PDF are self-attested documents you generate about your own work. They record an independent analysis and a cryptographic fingerprint of your file. They are not a copyright registration, a certificate of title, legal proof of authorship, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any distributor, platform, or third party will accept or act on them.

Purchases & subscriptions

Free use includes a limited number of reads that refill over time. Rune Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited reads and other features; a single appeal packet may also be bought on its own.
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage, cancel, or request a refund through your Google Play account, subject to Google Play’s policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rune to submit content you do not have the rights to, or for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MRBOOZ is not liable for any decision you or any third party make based on Rune’s feedback, receipts, or appeal packets, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
